Julie's role in this retreat
I'll be co-facilitating the breathwork and nervous system side of the retreat — holding space so each of you has room to go as deep as you need to. Breathwork was the first thing that reached past my own story: not by helping me make sense of it, but by getting me out of my head and into what I was actually carrying. That shift — from thinking about it to feeling it, and finally letting it move — is what I'll be bringing to Glastonbury.
